I Found An Old Delta Stock Certificate. How Can I Tell If It Is Worth Anything?

All physical stock certificates were issued prior to Delta’s emergence from bankruptcy proceedings on May 1, 2007. All certificates were cancelled as a part of those proceedings and therefore have no value.

When Should I Expect To Receive My Dividend Payment?

Generally, shareholders who own Delta Air Lines stock should receive their dividend payment within 10 business days after the dividend payable date.

If your shares are held by your broker and you have not received notice of the dividend within 10 business days after the payable date, contact your broker.

How Will I Receive My Dividend Payment?

If your shares are registered at EQ Shareowner Services, you will have the option of receiving a check or direct deposit into a checking or savings account. If you do not make a dividend payment election, you will receive your dividend payment via check. You can enroll in direct deposit while signed into your account online at shareowneronline.com. You can also request enrollment materials by mail or by phone.

If you sold your shares during the year, EQ will mail your 1099-B form by February 15th.

Taxes are not withheld from dividends for accounts containing a certified taxpayer identification number.

What If Taxes Are Withheld From My Common Stock Dividend?

To prevent withholding from future dividends, you must certify your taxpayer identification number by completing an IRS W-9 form. You can certify your account while signed into your account online at shareowneronline.com. If you prefer, you can contact our transfer agent to have a W-9 mailed to you.
