All physical stock certificates were issued prior to Delta’s emergence from bankruptcy proceedings on May 1, 2007. All certificates were cancelled as a part of those proceedings and therefore have no value.

DOES DELTA PAY DIVIDENDS?

Delta has historically paid a quarterly cash dividend; however, future dividends were suspended by Delta Air Lines’ Board of Directors in March 2020. Delta Air Lines paid its last dividend on March 12th, 2020.

What If Taxes Are Withheld From My Common Stock Dividend?

To prevent withholding from future dividends, you must certify your taxpayer identification number by completing an IRS W-9 form. You can certify your account while signed into your account online at shareowneronline.com. If you prefer, you can contact our transfer agent to have a W-9 mailed to you.
